ENGLISH FOR PROFESSIONALS

English for Professionals

What is English for Professionals?_____________________________

The English for Professional is designed for adult students who want to master English for daily life, business communication and skills. Students develop skills to enable them to perform more effectively in a business or working environment thus allowing better work opportunities and career development.

EFP is open for anyone graduated from high school (aged 18 or above) whose first language is not English. No English background is required, but candidates must have the potential to develop the language skill, be in good health and be able to manage time attending classes and completing tasks.

School leavers, young professionals, and executives are encouraged to take this program.

Teaching Method__________________________________________

EFP curriculum has been designed to focus mainly on speaking skills, as these are the most important outcomes sought by jobseekers and professionals. Therefore, all aspects in teaching must be practical, communicative and easy. During the course, teachers use various communicative activities such as discussion, role-play, and debate to improve students speaking skills. Briton International English School uses an integrated learning & communicative teaching system that guarantee students to develop their English language skills. After completing their studies on the English for Professional, students receive a local certificate issued by BRITON and are offered to take the international test - BULATS - an international test from Cambridge University.
